Privacy Policy

From 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in Poland and other European Union countries. We would therefore like to give you several details on the subject of how Kancelaria Adwokacka Jerzy Woliński processes personal data.

INFORMATION CLAUSE

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) the administrator of the personal data is Kancelaria Adwokacka Jerzy Woliński, NIP: 5260024158, REGON: 010899257, with the office at Smolna 8/129, 00-375 Warsaw, hereinafter Kancelaria.

Data are processed for contact purposes.  The above is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, i.e. in accordance with art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Data can also be processed where necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract and for compliance with a legal obligation to which Kancelaria is subject, i.e. pursuant to art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR. Data can be transferred to entities with whose help Kancelaria achieves the indicated aims, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure. Giving data is voluntary and in contractual relations is a requirement for concluding and performing a contract. It is possible to object to data processing, request access to, rectification and erasure of personal data or restriction of processing and data portability. Data are kept until an objection is made, and in contractual relations – throughout the term of the contract and thereafter for a period specified in provisions on archiving and limitations period for claims. Anyone has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law and with due care. We treat the personal data provided to us as confidential and not accessible to unauthorized persons.

You possess following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  1. right to object to data processing due to partical situation,
  2. right to withdraw consent,
  3. right to access to your personal data,
  4. right to request the rectification of your personal data,
  5. right to request deletion of your personal data only if we are not obliged by law to process them,
  6. right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data,
  7. the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send your data to another administrator. However, we will only do so if such transfer is technically possible.

EMAIL MESSAGE

If you send a message via e-mail – the data provided will not be used for marketing purposes. These data are stored in the e-mail box on the netmark.pl server for the purposes of managing the mail and sending a reply to your message. Third parties will not have access to them.

In this case, your data is processed only for the purpose of contacting you, and the basis for processing is art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact. The legal basis for processing after the end of contact is the legitimate interest of archiving correspondence for the purpose of showing its course in the future (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to make contact. You can access your personal data, correct them and request their removal at any time.

Cookies Policy

I. General information

  1. This cookies policy (“Cookies”) for (“Website”) is for https://wolinski.pl/ (hereinafter “Website”) users and explains what cookies are, why we use them, how they work and the user’s rights and obligations.
  2. The cookies’ administrator is Kancelaria Adwokacka Jerzy Woliński, ul. Smolna 8 lok. 129, 00-375 Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter”Kancelaria”).

II. Information compiled

  1. When using the Website data about the user is automatically compiled, i.e. IP address, domain name, browser type and type of operating system. These data can be compiled by cookies, the Google Analytics system and the Web Beacon system and can be saved on server logs.
  2. The cookies referred to in point 1 are sent to a user’s computer or other device when the user browses the Website. Cookies remember the user’s preferences, which enhances the quality of services, improves search results and the applicability of the information displayed and tracks user preferences. Users can opt out of cookies by selected the appropriate setting on the browser used.
  3. Consent is given to the Kancelaria storing or accessing cookies on your device through settings on the browser installed on the user’s device. If you want to remove cookies from your device you can do so by using your browser options.
  4. Kancelaria uses the cookies listed below (unless otherwise stated):
    1. Strictly necessary cookies – cookies of key importance that enable users to move around the Website and use its features, such as access to safe sections of the Website. Without these cookies the Website may not be displayed properly. These are registered user cookies – unique identifers given to each user to enable them to be recognised when they visit or return to the Website;
    2. Performance cookies – collect information about how visitors use the Website, i.e. which pages they visit most often and if they get error messages. Data compiled by these cookies are anonymous and are only used to improve how the Website works;
    3. III. Functionality cookies – register choices made by users (such as user name, language or the region the user is in). These cookies can also be used to remember the changes a user makes, e.g. to text size, fonts and to other parts of the Website that can be customised. Data compiled by cookies may be used by the Kancelaria to track the behaviour of users and to make content available).
  5. Google Analytics referred to in point 1 is an internet analytical system that generates statistics about the Website’s trafc used to carry on marketing activities.
  6. Web Beacon referred to in point 1 is used to monitor user activity on a website or to check the email address of recipients of content sent by a user through a website when messages containing the Web Beacon fle are open.
  7. Third party social media can register information about you, e.g. when you click on “add” or “like” in relation to a social network when visiting our site. We have no control over these third parties or their actions. Information about social networking sites can be found on the sites. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of these sites before using them.

III. Data usage

Data given by a user or compiled automatically are used by the Kancelaria to:

  1. ensure proper functioning, confguration, security and reliability of the Website,
  2. monitor session status,
